Pacific Concord Properties, Inc., announces Appointment of new Company Executives

PCPI recently announced the appointment of three new company executives for Financial Planning, Sales & Marketing Support, Special Projects and General Manager – Lancaster Hotels, Land and Properties, Inc., for its Condotel Investments in the Philippines.

Donna Arellano, Manager – Financial Planning, is a true-blue UP student, finishing her high school, college and master’s education in UP Diliman, Manila. She has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Finance. An experienced educator, Donna acknowledges her passion for numbers as her motivation for becoming a math teacher in various stages of her career, having taught in Philippine Science High School and DLSU. She has also gained experience in financial planning as a fixed income specialist for AFP-RSBS and as a finance manager for Success Unlimited Management Consultancy, Inc.

Robbie Garcia, Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing Support and Special Projects, earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. After graduation, he started his career in publishing as the editor-in-chief of a pop culture magazine and a contributing writer for The Philippine Star. He eventually found his calling in marketing and became a corporate marketing executive for Soluziona Philippines. Before joining PCPI, he was a product manager for Viva Video where he was in charge of the local marketing and distribution of 20th Century Fox and MGM home Movies in the Philippines. He is also credited for creating a marketing plan to launch the Viva Hot Babes.

Ben Ocena, General Manager – Lancaster Hotels, Land and Properties, Inc., has almost 40 years experience in property management, full-service hotel, serviced-apartments and condotel operations. He ha a long and extensive managerial background both locally and abroad, working with prestigious hotel chains like Hyatt International Corporation, Century International Hotels and Cebu Plaza Hotel. He has attended a number of management trainings abroad including that in Cornell University in New York and other trainings in other parts of the world such as Hawaii, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore.
